Candida
& Garlic Bombs

Candida is a very common problems which is characterised by overgrowth in the gastrointestinal
tract with Candida Albicans.

in excess in a our modern western world.
Foods containing sugar should be avoided, fruits sugars (juice), maple syrup and honey. High Lactose
(Dairy) diets have also been cited as a contributor to the overgrowth of Candida.
Killing Candida is only part of the strategy, it should also combine the right diet as well as Gut Repair,
Immune System Support and Liver Support / Detoxification.
How To Make Garlic Bombs
- 6-7 Garlic Cloves (Peeled)
- 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Handful Cloves
Add all ingredients in to a bowel and soak for 24 hours.
Eat 1 whole garlic clove each day with 1 teaspoon of the liquid. If you have a sensitive stomach/ heart
burn this can irritate your gut as the vinegar is very acidic.
Also add to your diet some good bacteria (probiotics) away from taking the Garlic bombs and vinegar.
Your friends may report you smell of garlic, but hey better than having Candida breath.
